Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg provided complete programming and design services for this three-story, multi-modality 51,000 square foot building. The facility, which opened in the summer of 2020, is located on Collier Boulevard in Naples, close to the Golden Gate population it is designed to serve. Elevating the building to allow on-grade parking below provided more development capability for a difficult site. Services provided include Internal Medicine, Geriatric Care, Radiology, Pharmacy, Dental, Behavioral Health, Specialty Care, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics. Administration and Building Services are also accommodated.
